   One of the rentals is rolling over later this spring. The walls are covered by vinyl wallpaper with psychedelic butterflies and flowers. Yeah, that old. Those heavy “luxury vinyl” plates are the preferred upgrade for the floor. Don’t want to wait for Corian et al custom surfaces sostone from CDW?

   Went out to Abbey Flooring yesterday, great products and staff. Jim, if we do our project you can shoot a before, during and after as we ditch the 90’s.
