This sold to an entertainment attorney for $31,500,000 in April, which was the sixth time it sold since 1995. The developer paid $4,900,000 in 2013:

    I wonder if he’s worried about this being a California Real Estate market top? I wonder how he’ll get Wells Fargo to help him finance it? I wonder how much his HOA is? Wonder what his water bill is? When’s he have time to mow?

    Holy cow! What a house! And those views! I like how the video went from daytime into nighttime to show the different skylines. And I’m glad they didn’t engage in theatrics like secret agents chasing each other in yachts, etc. Just show the house and its amenities and let the buyer(s) imagine themselves in it.
