    Nice looking house for being 61 years old.

    Zillow shows it a being a 2 bd, 2ba, but Redfin shows 4 beds. Weird Zillow.

    Zillow is showing what’s on the tax rolls, and Redfin is showing the agent’s report.

    And only zoning can tell you just what bedroom count is permitted…environmental health can too.
