Two of his sales are within a few miles from a house on twelve acres I own in Placerville. I know the people up there. Very well. And I’m shocked anyone up there would give him the time of day.

According to Wiki, The boy is an immigrant from Uzbekistan. Anybody see the movie “Borat”? Khazikstan is to Uzbekistan as New York City is to Miami.

That would be from that region that produced the Magna Carta. Oh, wait. I misspoke. They produced never-ending primitive, and savage tribal warfare, pimping, and marrying first cousins as a rule on which to build their civilization, such as it is. Allowing immigration from that country produces very favorable conditions for tribal-based vibrancy wherever they may land, as this boy has dramatically demonstrated.
