Today’s buyers need to be willing to dig for the deals. Here are two good examples of what you can get today for $850,000 – my listing that fell out of escrow yesterday (two new offers in already!), and another in the 92122:

    They’ve since raised the price of the Barcelona townhouse to $865,000!

    No, they were within their 21-day loan contingency period, which landed on a Saturday, which means it travels to Monday. They should have though.
