Wife and I love touring model homes, especially anything by Design Line Interiors. The Artesana models were the worst we’ve seen, ever. The floor plans were bizarre, with so many common spaces stranded in random interior and exterior areas. To Jims point, perhaps substance abuse rehab is the highest and best use? They’re useless for families or older couples.
I like Ron and I aim to be resourceful. But I agree, these are narrowly-focused.

It would be nice to see some more sensible, middle class income, new homes. Oh wait, there aren’t any. Builders are only building McMansions in the millions price range.
