Everything’s A Million!

I was talking with a potential buyer today who noted,

“Everything’s is $1,000,000+ now!”

I could hardly wait to get home to check the count.

In the La Jolla to Carlsbad region, 89% of the detached-homes for sale are asking at least $1,000,000!

    Well, if they have the down payment, another way to look at it is that million dollar houses are selling for about $4800 a month, taxes and insurance included! Glass half-full.

    I have a friend who just had to let the full time nanny go to get a part-time nanny. Kids are heart-broken. She’s been with the family for years. The part-time nanny seems nice, but anyone with a nanny knows things can go south at any time.

    I just share this to remind people that tears aren’t the exclusive property of the poor, or middle-class in this market. Rich folks have them too.
