Out of curiosity, for the buyer you are working with that is in that low 1 million dollar range…..did the buyer come up to that range or were they always operating at that level?
Another thing is that sellers need to price appropriately. If your house is a fixer, don’t price it like it’s turnkey!
Also, if your house just sold six months ago and it’s back on the market at a $100K price increase, get real!
