Have you noticed how listing agents never bother to “sell” their listings by providing comps to justify their price?

They remark how the property ‘boasts’ this or that, but they leave it up to the consumer to figure out if it’s worth it or not.

    Yes so true and kinda aggravating I mean even the re agent representing buyer sometimes says well here are the comps u look at them, and tell me how much u want to offer. They should be telling me. It’s not about just getting the code to lockbox and letting you in.
