   Way too much form interfering with function. One example the kitchen island with no lip. Can’t clean and can’t eat at it.

   Rob, any flat surface can be cleaned or eaten off of. I’ve tested my hypothesis many times on a variety of surfaces with positive outcomes.
   You might be surprised what you can balance a shot glass on.
