I would want a 30% reduction in price for having to deal with the noise and bad air quality.
There not that bad. I walked around those last week and as long as your not directly in front of the freeway then it’s pretty good. Ones in back are quiet. Too big though. I would prefer 2200 sf homes. That is the sweet spot. And then sell for high 700’s. Nope. Build me bigger is the new motto

There’s a difference between freeway close and close to the freeway.

Condos or Mc-mansions, it’s a highest best use thing,
Get used to it unless your in an area with really really cheap land.

Condos, townhouses, yes, but $1M bombers at that location? Tough sell. I hope they did their research.

Priced in?

Agreed – they could sell smaller homes for $800,000 all day long, but why do they have to build them 5,000sf??
It’s not because consumers want them that big, it must be because the max profit is at that size.
