Never seen a combination open house and yard sale before…sounds like a new niche jim! 🙂
Funny that they put so much effort into the yard sale to get ~ $1000 and they’re going to get 2.1 milly for place and won’t even let you open the doors…LOL! The police tape is a nice touch.
The listing agent gets all of his business from his wife who runs the estate-sale company. Once she secures the estate sale, she recommends him for the sale!

I did a run by there last TH while my son was at CHS and was thinking what some of these old lots would sell for, that seems expensive as that part of Highland is really not very nice. That elementary and middle school field are used until sundown every day of the year for soccer and football practice. So you need to one the sound of kids in the distance…
