6 miles west and 9 miles east. Honestly, I get real uncomfortable in them. The prices take away my appetite. I just froze 12 lbs of chicken breast I got at Smart&Final for 59¢/lb. Probably $4/lb at Whole Paycheck.
On housing topic. I never got the mixed use thing. Okay, I can see why urban planners want it and why developers do it but it isn’t about quality of residential life considerations. Too many compromises to accommodate disparate land uses.
An unholy alliance. Planners get to impose their vision and coincidentally tax the same land several times over. Developers get to sell the same plot several times over as well.

Uh… no offense, but just because you can pay 59 cents a pound for chicken at Smart and Final, doesn’t mean you should. A lot like just because you can buy a McRib on sale at McDonald’s, doesn’t make it a good idea.
I.. I am… I am a…
METROSEXUAL!!!!
I feel better now.
Lot of them in Camarillo?

Urban planning = sardine cans.
