Here is a tour of Richard’s new listing in the 92130.
There were 25 groups who came through open house today in the rain, 2 1/2 weeks before Christmas.

I was extremely pleased with the turnout for the open house, but what surprised me was the sincerity of the potential buyers. To be out 2.5 weeks before Christmas in the rain shows where the priorities are for buyers. They need to see every quality property within 24 hours in order to have a chance. I just received an offer and the sellers are signing it now. No Open house tomorrow.

Thank you TJ,
The other positive in this case; is having a seller that isn’t greedy and is happy that they have a solid qualified buyer.

Huh…imagine that. A reasonably priced house in a desirable neighborhood that sells quickly.
So, will Spring 2014 be a Mexican standoff between the Gov’t, buyers, and sellers? Or will it be full steam ahead?
