Got to think the 4000+sfq guy was looking for a bidding war, this Syria thing has people distracted for the moment as well IMO.
Everybody is on “make me move” prices. Then again if you dig deeper there are some sellers who want the grand slam. However I also see a lot of people who bought these houses at very high prices and want to unload them and cover selling costs without losing a lot of money.
