s cal sure is a different place. Even if I had a million dollars I sure wouldn’t be spending it on an overpriced house there.

Jim,
Is this the last of the new develoments in Carlsbad? Is the remaining undeveloped land zoned for agricultural only? I am referring specifically to the areas around El Camino and College.
Next time you are in the area stop by and say hi. We still love our place and thank you for helping us. This is one of the best areas in SE Carlsbad. It’s great now but once LCTS is done almost everything will be in walking distance. And if nothing else we’re getting hundreds of hours of free entertainment for our son walking up the hill and watching the construction. I love our neighbors (and hate moving) otherwise Arterro may have gotten some real consideration. It look nice. But that also goes to show Jim and his team will help you find the right place for you.
