Three months ago newly listed condos for sale would be lucky to get 2-3 showings their first week.
Today we got ten showing requests within 3 Hours of a unit going on the market.
It's unbelievable how quickly the market can change
Is the housing market resilient to rising rates? Context matters and each rising-rate era is different. Even if rising rates persist in 2021, the context is good for the housing market. https://blog.firstam.com/economics/why-the-housing-market-can-thrive-if-a-new-rising-rate-era-begins
Not sure how you can say they are similar on paper. One is a 3-car garage. The other is 2-car garage.

Classic case of penny wise pound foolish on the second home. Instead of cutting corners with the various updates around the house, should have spent a little more and got it done right. The 6×6 floor tiles really gives the home a dated look despite the many updates they have done. And none of the kitchen appliances match each other. I feel like just tearing the whole thing down…
The second house makes you want to give up on pre-built houses and just start from scratch with a dirt lot.
