There have been 269 closings reported in March, with a few more expected this week. But using the 269, it’s only a 2.8-month supply going into April.
I wish Redfin would fix their zip-code stats. They have been broken since Feb. 25.
I’ve bothered them three times about it. First time they said they were working on it. Last two times they just ignored me.

Two conclusions?
Either sellers are very optimistic, or it takes a lot not to sell.
