I wish Redfin would fix their zip-code stats. They have been broken since Feb. 25.

I’ve bothered them three times about it. First time they said they were working on it. Last two times they just ignored me.

$717 a sq ft… sounds too high. How are you computing that number?

I’m just the messenger – taking it from Sandicor stats.

If you take out Carlsbad, Cardiff, and Encinitas, the list prices average $820/sf.

    Two conclusions?

Either sellers are very optimistic, or it takes a lot not to sell.
