I think an interior designer could do wonders in there. the colors are all off. The countertops in the kitchen should have been darker on those white cabinets. also the tile really dates the place. we need some warm paint colors on those walls. the house seems cold.
Where do you start though? The ceilings are too low, and the prime viewing area feels like a converted balcony.

I could live with the layout if the price was right. It is so wasteful to teardown a house that is actually liveable. what is the the environmental impact of that?

If you’ve got $3M+ to spend on a fixer you might as well TD it.

Was in the neighborhood and checked it out. Awesome view. It may not have sold because there is a tear down to the left and one to the right 2 doors down. Depending on what is built, it could potentially impact view factor for this one.
