The last homes in Carmel Valley’s Derby Hill were built in 2009, and less than half of those were canyon-front. Since then there has been no high-end new homes built in the 92130.
Pardee’s Alta Del Mar is going to bust loose in February, selling estate homes and lots for sale. The ADM buyers who already own in Carmel Valley should provide additional resale inventory in the coming months – which will fuel momentum if priced right.
