Looks like stallions crossing. Was the builder sea country homes?
Yes, 75 homes built by Sea Country between 2002-2004 – and, like stallions crossing, not the typical mediterranean-taco look.
Relatively lower price for CV but also the house you sold had a canyon view (not sure how much that’s worth). Definite road noise here and looks like a hill on that street so more engine noise from cars going up. Just curious – with that type of price they still couldn’t do a short sale? The bank thought they could get more by foreclosing?
Nothing like stepping out onto the balcony off your bedroom and catching a deep flavorful whiff of car and truck exhaust. Smells like…victory.
Didn’t see the address in the video. Did I miss it?
The street name is too long – I just said “Abalone” in the video.
It’s on Abalone Landing Terrace.
