Any idea whether this will be a gated community? At the $1.2 to 2+ million range, people like some privacy and security (e.g. Rancho Pacifica, Fairbanks Highlands)
I think bridge is about 2 years old, they just finished it recently. Have driven entire length, community has nice feel, similar to Del Mar Mesa. Interesting question about it being gated, most of the Mesa is not, so will be interesting to see. So excited to see what the 1 stories will be like, hoping they are nice like the Crosby Emerald Cove 1 story was.
