   Loved that water feature patio. Just jump right in.

   Nicely furnished, and a lot of it.

   Financed $2 million too at purchase – I don’t know how they got an appraisal to come in right.

   Very nice. Wonder if it will sell furnished. Stepping across to the island was odd, as was the dining room/rape dungeon.

   Lets wake up to the train each morning. And it has a party pit for the teenagers just beyond the pool. You will get to know the local police I suppose.

   I agree, very nice. I like the island, too.

   Jim, could you smell any smoke? Hard to believe just cleaning the air itself would do the job.

   Seems to me it might be best to take out the fabric couches, curtains etc and paint to wipe out that smoke smell…

   Intrigued by the patio island concept. Then it looks like they went cheap on the pool edging material?
