    Please ask Rob what the most common RE-related issues are he encounters, and what common pitfalls there are for buyers of new vs. used homes.

    Are contracts tending to push buyers toward forced arbitration for most things? Is it a problem for a buyer to have no other choice than to deal with someone designated by the builder?
