The sellers who can price their home properly will be getting plenty of attention and have no trouble selling for the next few months. The current inventory is picked over, and every buyer and agent is combing the new listings, hoping that today is the day they’ll get lucky.

It gets obvious which sellers are too high, because if you don’t sell in the first couple of weeks in a hot market, something is wrong……usually with your price.
