A good primer on trustee sales by Sean O’Toole, founder and CEO of foreclosureradar.com.

He shows trustee sales at the SD Court House, but they have since moved to the Scottish Rite.

    To get a feel for the current frustration level….

    Yesterday there were 271 trustee sales scheduled in SD County.

    23 got foreclosed – the rest were postponed or cancelled.

    My brother is a manager for AAA, and he’s been telling me of huge numbers of former loan-owners, and business owners for that matter, contacting him for information about relocating OUT of Kali, primarily to places like Phoenix, Albuquerque, Denver, et al.

    Betcha a LOT of those “271 trustee sales” houses are presently or about to be empty…
