Big bomber on a postage stamp. I was going to ask if this was a former model when seeing the master bath wallpaper and you commented at that exact point! The flatwork in the rear yard also looks model like. Road noise seems excessive, too close to that litle detroit river but a strategically placed bush (or screening added to the wrought iron) may deflect it, but the HOA would have a coronary if you plant anything or dare to touch their fence.
What is on the floor of the nook and in the family room, backing from a rug that used to be there, or did the prior owner glue down carpet?

Are you sure this property is over 3000 sq ft?! That first floor looked pretty cramped.

What are the stickers all about?

Yeh, what are those stickers about?

    Tax rolls have 3,278sf.

The sticker guy must have just got his lunch handed to him by his supervisor for not making it clear that he had been there. In colder states, this is the time of year when the foreclosure crews have to ‘winterize’ the REOs, so maybe he was just marking his turf where he had checked the plumbing?

But there is no relation between those who maintain the houses, and those who sell them. It’s as if they service people don’t have a clue that having the houses look presentable means they will sell faster/higher, which would make them look good.

Another pet peeve is stickers plastered all over the windows, with glue that you have to scrape off. You could just tape the same message on the inside, but noooo, let’s deface the outside to punish the buyers when they move in.

So the guy or gal was checking the plumbing fixtures for leaks?

If there is a logical explanation, that is it.

But more likely it’s a snot-faced punk who just got promoted to assistant-manager-punk and thinks it’s funny to plaster the stickers everywhere.

I would think one sticker placed in a consistent place, like on the inside of the door under the kitchen sink, would be enough. But maybe the sticker manufacturer association has gotten a law passed mandating they be placed on every fixture inspected. Can’t be too careful. It’s a safety thing, right? And for the children.
