Are those Triple-pane windows in the Master?
I think Shawn White owns a house in this track.
Sean White lives in RSF.
Seems to me that the popularity of these homes will go down once the Ponto development is built.
Hanover Beach will likely get hit worse than Poinsettia Cove, due to the Ponto development. Although Hanover Beach is cuter and the houses look nicer. The Poinsettia Cove floor plans are among the worst I’ve ever seen. Waters End has a lot going for it.
More BS in the homebuying business.

And paragraph 6 of the Short Sale Addendum pretty much allows for contract cancellation at any time, including at closing.
Shaun Whites house on MTV cribs in 2003. Maybe he sold it or gave it to his parents.

This is a noisy location no doubt. However the location is very good and 101 is four lanes but it is not I-5. The beach and shopping are close. It is a great area of Carlsbad.
Honestly there are no hidden problems with these homes, the noise is obvious when you go to see them. Buyers know what they are getting.
Thanks
Went pending after a week on market.
The west side of Tradewinds might be a little noisy, but the east side is very, very quiet. Someone mentioned Waters End. I can’t speak from experience, but would imagine the east side of that development gets a lot of freeway noise. Nothing’s perfect…unless you have unlimited money.
