   If I were to leave my current home, Encinitas (and surrounding areas) would be very high on my list.

   This looks a lot like the house Jim helped us buy. (There were 15 other bidders)

   In a bidding war money always helps but I’m not sure if we would have won the without Jim and his teams representation.

   I feel for the folks who finally the perfect house, realize that it’s going to be a bidding war, and then look at their agent and it hits them – “oh no, does he/she have enough juice to get us to the winner’s circle?”

   Let’s add that question to our list of things to ask your buyer’s agent:

   How many bidding wars have you been involved with over the last two years, and what is your won-loss record?
