   I agree with you Jim. The only thing I would want to replace right away is the wallpaper, with maybe a partial remodel of the kitchen. The rest of the house is truly in excellent shape.

   Seriously, I like it. It seems like every room has an excellent view. I’d almost be inclined to keep some of the cheesy wallpaper, mostly as a historical curiosity.

    Great house with a sweet view. The décor is so cheesy it is almost cool. You could open it up on the weekends for art and architectural students as the next big thing in fashion.

    But something must be up with youtube on my end because I don’t seem to get those legs and “sneakers” you peeps are raving on about.

    Jim, Just to continue the 70’s-80’s metaphor, wasn’t that a Jane Fonda Workout video playing next door?? Did you check-out the garage to see if there was a Farah Fawcett pinup on the wall?
