Aside from the view, that is an extraordinarily boring apartment (although the bathroom’s not bad). The other Aussie ad was for a much more interesting house.

For some reason I feel the need to buy a used car.
I agre with Amy’s comment – if you check the other videos linked to this one that show the same or similar units in the building, they are as plain-jane as they get.
It makes me think that this type of marketing may be in its infancy?

If only they’d been able to work an ice-cream truck into the mix, it would have been perfect.
If I was a Mini sales guy, I’d be using this video too!
Good to hear from you dd!

Thanks…closely follow your progress to bring sanity into an insane world of RE.
Keep up the great work re your balanced/honest approach to the RE market in SD and the area!
Your voice needs to be heard by some (not all the nuts) in Congress — as a dose of reality that I believe they never hear and/or never care to entertain.

I guess this is what you have to resort to when the market is in such a tailspin that 85 Aussie builders went bust in a single month and “Buying at the current prices, you would have to have real capital gains of $800-1000 per week (or around 5% of the purchase price per year) just to not lose money”
