Aside from the view, that is an extraordinarily boring apartment (although the bathroom’s not bad). The other Aussie ad was for a much more interesting house.

I agre with Amy’s comment – if you check the other videos linked to this one that show the same or similar units in the building, they are as plain-jane as they get.
It makes me think that this type of marketing may be in its infancy?
I didn’t even notice the flat!
If only they’d been able to work an ice-cream truck into the mix, it would have been perfect.

Your voice needs to be heard by some (not all the nuts) in Congress — as a dose of reality that I believe they never hear and/or never care to entertain.
I guess this is what you have to resort to when the market is in such a tailspin that 85 Aussie builders went bust in a single month and “Buying at the current prices, you would have to have real capital gains of $800-1000 per week (or around 5% of the purchase price per year) just to not lose money”
