Similar sob story from Colorado today. Bankruptcy, litigation threats.

However, the best line of the story is: ‘the salesperson…pointed out the Beaver family chose not to have a professional home inspection done.”

Gosh, I feel like an idiot.

Daytrip sends me clearfund’s denver story, and I think, how many snake stories can there be?

I already had this ‘tube in the hopper, and hit ‘play’.
