Every once in a while I get lucky to list a home that has almost everything right.
A thorough and tasteful renovation on a larger culdesac lot with no fees and an attractive price – yippee!

That’s a good one, JtR! Are the powerlines across the street far enough for your liking? Also, what does your price do to the one right around the corner on Geranium? Its listed at the same price but yours is upgraded much more, has a bigger yard and is on a cul de sac.
Nice home! Put that little ice cream truck in your car, Jim! *Grin* That will bring you a quick sale, ‘cuz I haven’t seen any real ones in your videos in awhile…
Jim,
That’s a good one. I feel bad it’s little over my budget or else it would be mine.
This one will go quick. How about a closing price contest? Put me in for $760k.
Nice! Seems kinda low price wise. How do you come up with a price for your homes? Ie alwas wondered that.
I say it closes for $645,000.
Very nicely detailed — your sellers have good taste!
Great house. There are a lot of nice touches.
Exposed beams…are they stained?
Drop down lighting….lighting under the cabinets is very soft and warm….good sized yard for entertaining.
Don’t know about keeping that particular armoire in the bathroom. It would make the place feel as if it’s still “someone else’s house.”
Aside from that, it’s definitely a nice place!
