You said probably up to 700k when it’s all said and done? Not for me…I’d need to factor in all the matzo ball soup and hot pastramis I’d be getting across the street at Elijah’s on a nightly basis!!!

By the way, if you get a chance, can you hop on over to 13505 Portofino Dr to do a video tour of that one? I’m also curious to hear how bad the Detroit River sounds from that one. Del Mar, west of 5, under $650k. Pick your poison: Vons trucks/traffic on Mango or Detroit River on Portofino. Hmmm, that’s a tough one but I may have to take the Detroit River.

I’d take the Detroit river, that unstable hill in the backyard would be a deal breaker for me at any price.

Used to live across from that house. Boy that stretch of Mango Drive is busy in the morning with the kids being driven to Del Mar Hills Elementary by their parents. That bluff doesn’t look steady enough for the houses either on the top of the bluff or at the bottom. Maybe the geological issue is more than what the price can fix.

Look that slope!
Ugly.
Says the man holding a camera at the window. Are there any irony bars on those windows?
Just checking.

Amazing what people will pay for. I pity the fool who buys that wreck for more than 400k.
