Three months ago newly listed condos for sale would be lucky to get 2-3 showings their first week.
Today we got ten showing requests within 3 Hours of a unit going on the market.
It's unbelievable how quickly the market can change
Is the housing market resilient to rising rates? Context matters and each rising-rate era is different. Even if rising rates persist in 2021, the context is good for the housing market. https://blog.firstam.com/economics/why-the-housing-market-can-thrive-if-a-new-rising-rate-era-begins
Cool house. Not really any redevelopment margin with the small lot but what a great end user deal. I have a good guy who can fix that foundation if anyone is interested.
For how much may I ask Mr. Tarrant?
Great little house and what a surprise on the list price and concessions from the bank! Love the shingled exterior. Best of luck this weekend.
Lots of work to do. But at least the bank understands that and is pricing attractively. As a buyer that’s all I ask.
Why don’t banks price this way on all houses. Low prices are just going to bring in multiple offers. When listing a house the idea is to sell not sit.
Isn’t this one of JtR’s classic lines: “Is it priced to sell or priced to sit?”
Let us know what this sucker gets bid up to…lol. Nice find.
Can you get Mills Act treatment in SD on a 1915?
This house seems like de ja vu….didn’t you recently tour it?
