Constructed from white polished concrete and floor-to-ceiling glass, this magnum opus suspends the boundaries of ordinary living and commands amazing uninterrupted views of the ocean, open sky and natural landscape.
Resting high above Torrey Pines State Reserve, this 11,000-square-foot piece de resistance showcases 4 bedrooms and 6 baths, fabulous two level guest house and features private access to Black’s Beach.
That has no impact on me. Gotta go, my approval just came in on my new Black Card.
What do you think Visa paid for the production of that commercial? A million dollars?
I’m sure it helped the carrying costs on the house.
It’s pretty much a given around L.A. that the really nice, distinctive houses are available to Hollywood for the right price — good occasional scratch if you’re willing to put up with the inconvenience.
I LOVE La Jolla Farms road! The views are incredible and I’ve had the opportunity to be in the last two homes in the video, while they were under construction and after (I know the landscaper) just walking around the yard.
The views are out of this world. The homes are works of art and that neighborhood is just full of nice, beautiful homes. It’s quiet too, which is nice.
That one house next to the “Razor” looked pretty close to the edge though!
Nice to look at, but it seems nearly unlivable to me. So sterile!
There is no real kitchen – would you mind Domino’s every night?
