I guess we need the definition of “primo.” I think those houses in horse country in Carmel Valley are awesome. And the one at 3 minutes — that’s a fixer?! Uh, I have seen waaay worse. But the ones that were at 4 minutes for million stacked next to the neighbor, what are these people thinking?
