If these hit the open market around what the same prices as offered at the ‘steps, it should create frenzy-like conditions. Are flippers wearing down, or do they know something?
REOs Getting More Attractive

I got a ticket once for “cling-ons”. 🙂
There was a house in bay collection that closed recently in the high 700s. It’s getting harder for spinnaker hills to justify their high prices when you can get a huge brand new home with much more curb appeal in bay collection in the 800s.
The house at the other end of daffodil just closed for $675. It was not as nice inside but same view and it had a pool.
Kind of goes along with what I was seeing , NC got hit hard 4Q last year from what I have been seeing.
The one for 381K seems a good deal, I think the flippers will make a nice profit on that one.
The last one for 680K I think will not be on the market long, nice view !
Just My opinion but I think this cold weather back east will bring some domestic migration into Socal this spring, so maybe that will be something interesting to watch, also maybe even Florida will see a come back of sorts. Again just my opinion .
I’ll bet the one in Rancho Carrillo will go on at $550K or above.
