Both Centex and Davidson built 4,337 sf floor plans in the LCO, some on the same street – which is an odd coincidence. Here is one of the Centex versions:

    They’re not getting much for appliances.

    I bought a professional 36″ 6 burner cooktop in immaculate condition on Craigslist for $800 bucks. I probably could have talked them down, but it was cherry.

    I also got top of the line 30″ double ovens with a warming drawer for $1100.

    craigslist is swarming with “preowned” appliances in perfect condition.
