    I wouldn’t be surprised…I know in my area I highly doubt there are many door knockers, if at all.

    So does the sale price show 715 or 595? Latter, forget it…this one’s going to the blocks in the next 6-12 months AND he supposedly got roped for another 120.

    My high intellect husband that got us into this mess and who is unlikely to give a bloodsucking vampire realtor such as youself the time of day is getting us a loan mod to our no-doc neg-am arm, so everything is OK; we will be fine.
