$45,000 for the bathroom, counting plans and permits.
(A rough estimate from the contractor who did a full remodel of entire house ~1/4M)

Impressive. I thought it was going to be cheaper than $45k though!

Jeeman – remember, it always costs 2x the first guess, and takes 2x the time…always!!!!

No offense, it is pretty, but it also is really tight through there. I’m not sure the tradeoff for a small closet and the aesthetic of a true circle was worth it for the cramped space. I would have gone with an oval that set the shower further from the tub and skipped the door on the toilet. Would have given it a bit of the expansiveness that fits the luxury level of the finishings.
(I’m not a big fan of anything other than a linen closet in bathrooms anyway…)

The bathtub filler thingy looks dangerous. Wouldn’t want to walk into that late at night.

Those tubs are a total waste of space – used maybe once a year and only because you feel obligated.

What a great look!
I agree with number 8. I would move that stainless tub fixture next to the sink cabinets and out of the walking lane.
Wow, was I confused! *Chuckle* I thought this was a bathroom in YOUR house, Jim. But it’s a beautiful remodel…
My only concern on the layout is the proximity of the toilet to the closet. Hope there’s a strong fan in there.
Given the hacks that were living under the old tub, are there any sins hiding behind the newly curved walls?
Quite lovely in all other respects.
Any estimate about the cost of that remodel?

Excellent rehab though. Thanks for posting it.
