It means something when Bill&Co. give up on a project, and the new guy is reluctant to commit to a price, other than “Mid-Millions”.

based on the square footage estimates, these must be geared towards those planning to house the in-laws.

The two single story properties will sell fast, especially if priced lowest 2/19..more money in two story, great quality builder should be interesting to see if mello fees are added..probably not on this small a development which would be a major plus.. I predict a quick sell out if priced fairly and built with there usual quality.
