Leucadia’s Nantucket
The former Barratt project called Nantucket in Leucadia that was foreclosed by Bank of America, has been resold. Not sure if that means it’s over, or just beginning, but here’s a video review:

Thank god! This has been going on for too long. How long before they get things going? Also, there are two homes for sale on eucalyptus….you should check those out. I was at the open house the other day. not too many homes sell around that area, so it’s note worthy. Congrats on that sale by oaks!
