The property has many good features but for a house that size and price point I expected a kitchen prep sink and a laundry sink and cabinets. Were those items just not shown in the vide?

I’ve got a 2700 sf in area (a little west) that has no built in fridge, no kitchen prep sink or cabinets in tiny laundry room and wouldn’t even consider selling at $2.6.
