At the end we had 5 offers, 4 of which were over list, and the final accepted offer was $100,000 over list. In addition to being over list it included rent back terms that met our needs. Just received my report. I love the breakdown of the comps with the detailed listing information including all the photos and descriptions at the time of listing.
I love how that “Z” company whipsaws my supposed value based on far away not comps on a weekly basis. They’ve never got current or future values aven close but that’s because they aim to be “not good help.”
