   The house has the potential to be a flip. Another house down the street from this one was purchased for $2.3 million, renovated, and sold for $4.1 million. People pay top dollar for that modern “2019” look.

   Agree – a new kitchen and straighten out the master suite (closet) and be back in business. I mention the shiny trav but nobody will notice if the rest is right.
