NSDCC Prices Improved

After being mostly flat last year, home prices in North San Diego County’s coastal region (La Jolla to Carlsbad) have ticked up a bit statistically in the first two months of 2015:

    That’s more than a little. That’s a whole lot. I am surprised at the volume.

    Me too, and probably a result of that dual threat – rates and prices rising more later. While those have little chance of happening at the same time, the buyers feel the pressure from both and that discomfort makes them rush their decision.
