The Good The Klinge Realty Group operates like a finely tuned machine, with a very personal touch. We contacted them on a Sunday and they were talking to us about our family and our needs on our living room couch the following day. At the end we had 5 offers, 4 of which were over list, and the final accepted offer was $100,000 over list. In addition to being over list it included rent back terms that met our needs. This is how realtor lockboxes should work and they should all be internet connected so you can see who entered the house and when 24/7. The whole cards on the table thing is stupid.
Just Googled the price: $1,617.00 (available on Discovermymobility website). That might not be the cheapest. On Open Sesame website, they don’t give price and you have to contact them.
I agree w/ shadash. Would be perfect alternative realtor lock boxes. Agent cards left on kitchen table just create a mess and don’t tell you what you really want to know: who and when your home was entered.

Today’s lockboxes have electronic tracking and we have to update our lockbox cards every three days whether we like it or not.
