My wife and I had a great time. So many beautiful homes. The home on Crespo Drive was our favorite. Thanks for posting a link this event.
This was really great. We missed out on the southern-most home on Broadway, but saw all the others.
Agree that the Crespo house was amazing, but the northernmost home on Megan was our favorite as it is more relevant to our current design project. That is the nicest great room I have ever seen.
Jim – did you get to any of the houses ?
sdduuuude… you didn’t miss much with the Broadway house. Actually the Broadway house was an apartment building and it was right under the inbound flightpath to the airport. Very noisy.
The Megan Lane property was very nice too. Probably our #3. #2 for us was the Presidio Drive house. It was a great use of space. However, all the stairs would probably get old real fast.

No – it was Natalie’s 18th birthday!
I think the Presidio and Crespo houses were much more difficult to design and execute because of the limited space and steep terrains. They were stunning and real architectural accomplishments.
But, I like big lots and I cannot lie and 1-story living cannot be beat so, all things (without knowing the total costs) considered, I liked the Megan house the best, though it may not have been the most architecturally challenging to make happen.
The Megan Place house is only 9 months old. Google/Bing photos still show the lot and house in various stages of construction.
